Yeah I’m known as the “softball dad” who is only ever encouraging, and always knows the team wins and loses together. I wear this mantle with pride.

Give me a variety of things to do because I am motivated by challenge. Doing the same thing every day is boring, monotonous, and is just a waste of time. I want to be in the trenches learning something new and hopefully make my brain bigger in the process.

I’ve been told I’m good at facilitating healthy team dynamics and setting clear expectations to make the team successful. If there’s a conflict you bet I’m jumping in head first to support.

I’m able to be creative and wrap things back around to the business case. Always coming back to the core business objectives to push the business forward. I’m someone who takes feedback and puts it into practice.

I am an avid gamer and streamer. People I know always say I can talk to anyone. One of my best friends is actually a wall (not really, but I think you get it).

Oh yeah, don’t mistake being a “softball dad” as being “soft.” I will call out BS because I want to be in this business to be the best.
